These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Signature Cooking Environment Living. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Overview

Signature Cooking Environment Living provides luxury kitchen design, organization, and transformation services including but not limited to:

• Design consultation and spatial planning
• Cooking station zoning and workflow optimization
• Drawer alignment and organization systems
• Premium utensil storage solutions
• Monthly refinement and maintenance programs
• Material specification and sourcing coordination

2. Consultation and Engagement

Initial Consultation

Our complimentary initial consultation provides a high-level assessment and preliminary recommendations. This does not constitute a binding commitment from either party.

Project Engagement

Formal project engagement requires a signed service agreement and payment of the initial deposit. All terms, scope, timeline, and fees will be detailed in the service agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
• An initial deposit of 30-50% is required to commence work
• Payment milestones will be outlined in the service agreement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 3% per month
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cheques

4. Project Timeline

Timelines provided are estimates based on typical project progression. Actual completion dates may vary due to:

• Material availability and delivery schedules
• Contractor scheduling and unforeseen circumstances
• Client-requested changes or delays
• Discovery of unexpected structural or technical issues

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and requirements
• Ensure access to the property as scheduled
• Make timely decisions regarding materials and design choices
• Clear the work area of personal belongings as required
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage for the property
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Changes and Modifications

Changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing. Additional fees and timeline adjustments may apply. We will provide written confirmation of all approved changes before proceeding.

7. Cancellation Policy

By Client

• Cancellation before work commences: Deposit refunded minus 20% administrative fee
• Cancellation after work begins: Client responsible for all work completed and materials ordered
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice for scheduled appointments: Full appointment fee charged

By Signature Cooking Environment Living

We reserve the right to terminate services if client fails to meet payment obligations or provide necessary access and cooperation. Full refund of payments for incomplete work, minus costs incurred.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

• We guarantee the quality of our design and organization services
• Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms
• Contractor workmanship is typically guaranteed for 12 months
• We will address any issues arising from our services within 30 days of notification

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Pre-existing property defects discovered during the project
• Delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control
• Client dissatisfaction with approved design choices

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and concepts created by Signature Cooking Environment Living remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement designs in their specified property only. Reproduction or use elsewhere requires written permission.

11. Photography and Marketing

We may request permission to photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes. Client approval is required before any images are published. Clients may opt out at any time.

12. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, property details, and personal preferences. Information is shared only with contractors and suppliers necessary to complete the project.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
